Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 2025
These terms apply when Threadline (“Threadline”, “we”, “us”) supplies embroidered goods or embroidery services to business and consumer customers in the United Kingdom.
Quotes and orders
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless we state otherwise. An order is confirmed when you accept our written quote and pay any required deposit. We may decline orders that are technically unsuitable for embroidery or that infringe third-party rights.
Artwork and approval
You warrant that you have the right to use any logos or artwork you supply. We digitise artwork for embroidery; substantial design changes after approval may incur extra fees. Production starts after sample approval where a sample has been agreed.
Pricing and payment
Prices exclude VAT unless stated on your quote. Payment terms, including any deposit required before production, are confirmed on your quote. We may pause or cancel work if payment is overdue.
Lead times
Lead times are estimates from artwork approval and cleared payment. Rush orders may be available — any rush fee will be confirmed before you commit.
Delivery
Orders are delivered UK-wide via courier unless we agree collection. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to your address or to the carrier. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, contact us promptly so we can investigate with the carrier.
Custom goods and returns
Embroidered items are made to order. Returns are not accepted except for manufacturing faults or errors on our part. If you receive goods that are defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos — we will remedy genuine defects at our cost.
Customer-supplied garments
If you send garments for embroidery, you are responsible for ensuring they are suitable for the process and for providing an accurate packing list. We take reasonable care but are not liable for pre-existing faults or damage inherent in supplied garments.
Liability
We limit our liability to the value of the relevant order except where law prevents this. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or business interruption.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
