Pricing

Embroidery pricing depends on stitch count, number of placements, garment type, and order quantity. We quote properly from your artwork — the guide tiers below help you plan budgets; they are not a fixed price list.

What affects your price

FactorWhat it means
Stitch countLarger or denser logos take longer to sew — left-chest company logos are usually the most economical placement.
PlacementsEach additional position (second chest, sleeve, back) adds run time and handling.
Garment supplyWe can source garments or embroider yours — garment cost is quoted separately if we supply.
QuantitiesUnit embroidery cost falls as quantities rise; digitising is typically a one-off per logo.
PersonalisationIndividual names or numbers are priced per garment because each piece is set up separately.

Guide tiers

Exact figures are added from your confirmed rate card. Until then, use these ranges to understand how orders are typically structured.

Left-chest logo on polos or tees (single placement, standard logo)

  • 10–24 units: from a higher per-unit rate (embroidery + garment combined on your quote)
  • 25–99 units: from a lower per-unit rate as quantity increases
  • 100+ units: volume pricing — ask for a sharpened per-unit rate

Digitising (one-off, per logo)

  • Simple text or small mark: from a lower one-off setup fee
  • Standard logo: from a mid-range fee — typically higher than text-only marks
  • Complex or large design: quoted after artwork review

Repeat orders of the same logo on the same file do not incur digitising again.

Hoodies & fleeces

Typically from a higher per-placement rate than a polo — heavier garments and longer run times.

Hi-vis & compliance garments

Priced per garment after we confirm compliant placement areas. Send the exact vest or jacket model you plan to use.

Minimum orders

We handle single personalised items (with a setup fee) through to large bulk runs. There is no single MOQ across all products — see FAQs or ask on your quote.

Budget bands in the quote form

The quote wizard asks for Economy / Standard / Premium preference — this helps us match garment brands and turnaround to your budget, not to lock you into a tier.
