Embroidered hoodies
Hoodies are our most requested garment, and for good reason: they work as staff uniform, as event kit, and as merch you can actually sell. We embroider rather than print, so the logo becomes part of the garment instead of sitting on top of it.
Choosing a weight
- 280gsm — the standard. Comfortable indoors, light enough to wear year-round.
- 300–320gsm — a noticeably denser handle. A good default for customer-facing staff.
- 350gsm+ — heavyweight, brushed backing. Built for outdoor teams and cold sites.
Heavier fabric also gives embroidery a more stable base, which matters if your logo has fine detail or small text.
Placement
Left chest is the standard for uniform hoodies and keeps the stitch count — and therefore the cost — down. Larger back designs, sleeve details, and hood-edge text are all possible; we will flag anything that needs simplifying to stitch cleanly.
Sizing across a team
Hoodies run generously compared with polos, so order a size chart before committing to a full run. We can supply one sample garment for fit checking ahead of production.
