Embroidered polos

If you only order one branded garment, make it the polo. It sits at the point where smart and practical meet, which is why it is the backbone of most uniform programmes we run — trades, hospitality, retail, garages, and site teams.

Fabric choice

• Poly-cotton (65/35) — the durable option. Resists shrinking and holds its shape through commercial laundering.
• Cotton pique — softer and more breathable, better for warm indoor environments, but more prone to shrinkage.
• Performance polyester — moisture-wicking, best for active outdoor roles. Needs a lighter stabiliser so the fabric keeps its stretch.

Placement

Left chest is standard. Common additions:

• Name or role under the logo, for larger teams
• Sleeve embroidery for accreditations or a secondary mark
• Small centre-back text between the shoulders

Adding a name per garment means each shirt is individually set up, so it costs a little more per unit — worth it for teams where customers deal with staff by name.

Polos are the garment you will reorder most. We keep your digitised stitch file on record, so a repeat order matches the originals exactly with no new setup fee.
